RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH OUR ONLINE STORE: Everything currently advertised on our online store is priced at least 50% off MSRP and is considered a "close-out" item. Therefore, we are not offering refunds or returns unless the item purchased is not the item that is shipped to you or arrives broken/not in working condition. If product arrives broken or we inadvertently ship the wrong item, please notify us immediately, and in no case more than 48 hours after receipt of said item. In this case, a refund will be provided directly to the same credit card used to purchase said item and we will provide you with a prepaid UPS shipping label for return.
